We get it! Some things won't always fit properly, so we will do the best to work it out with you.

Exchanges
We will ONLY allow an exchange of the same product you ordered in a different size if we still have any left in stock. Immediately send us an email with your order# and identify the size you are wanting to exchange for to thepinkarrow@yahoo.com

Returns
Currently we do not offer returns.
If your product is damaged or incorrect see instructions under refunds.

Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds.
However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items and we can no longer fulfill your original request then you will receive a full refund. Immediately send us an email with your order# to thepinkarrow@yahoo.com so we can advise on what to do.
