The Pink Arrow Boutique Is Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Packages. Please Contact You Local Post Office For Assistance In Locating Your Package.
RETURN POLICY
We understand some things just don't always workout the way we'd like them to, so please read our return policy for instructions on how to return/exchange your items. 
**Items not eligible for return; Bodysuits, Bathing Suits, Bralettes, Jewelry, Mask or anything marked 20% or more off.**
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) you have 14 calendar days to return them for STORE CREDIT! 
  • Please return within the 14 days at the address provided below. Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed in original condition with tags attached if applicable. They must be free of smells, stains and pet hair, etc. 
  • We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return cost. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Please include your name & order # with the return package.
  • We do not issue credit for shipping charges. Store credit will be minus the shipping charge if you paid shipping.
  • If SEZZLE was used at time of purchase. You will be charged a 6% fee. Meaning refund will be 6% less than you paid.
  • Store credits will be issued within 72 hours of receiving returned product if it meets our criteria. 
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from date it was issued.
  • You must have an account created on our site to receive your store credit. Please create one if you do not have one to make the process quick & easy.

To use your store credit:

  • At checkout you will need to be logged into your account and can enter the code that was emailed to you in the gift card/discount code box. 
  • You MUST be logged in to your account for the code to work!
  • Your store credit will be valid for 1 year from date it was issued.
**We have the right to refuse a refund on any item we believe does not meet our criteria.**
*We will not be responsible for shipping charges to send back to you if we do not approve return.*

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges!

We are unable to guarantee the item and size you need will be available once we receive your return. To guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend placing a new order for the item and size you need and sending the previous item back for credit. 

Damaged/Defective Items

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product (based on tracking) with your order # and pictures/proof of damage. If you do not received a response within 2 business days you can contact us via Facebook messenger, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. If the item/size is available in stock we will ship you a new one. If the item is unavailable we will issue a refund or store credit. Each case will be handled accordingly. Notification past the 48 hour window will not be eligible.
